Lilly pulitzer size 6 skirt rare

Its amazing made the detail to sewing always blows me away. There is no other brand that makes clothes they way do. There is s small separation at zipper. I can't find anyone else selling this skirt! Of course I am in lilly land of winter park florida. There is a tear at zipper and small water stain both pointed out in photo otherwise amazing.
