This dress is to cute! I bought it a few years ago(2?) and didn't love the neckline on me. It's never been worn out. It is a size 10 but I think I may have had it altered a bit in the top. It has a cute tie in the back which is nice to be able to make the top a bit more secure

I would say a true size 10. The only place that might be tight is the top but I'm a D and it fits comfortably
