Lilly Pullitzer dress

Don't know the name of it exactly but a lady at the Lilly store told me its really rare. Very comfortable and has a tie around halter neck. Can be dressed up or down. I always get compliments when I wear it. It makes me feel so pretty. 00 but can fit a 0 or 2 (depends on the size of your boobs)
