Lilly Pulitzer x Target strapless jumpsuit XS

This Lilly Pulitzer x Target strapless jumpsuit is made of 100% rayon and features a blue and whit Upstream fish print. It has a thick band of elastic smocking around the top and a band of elastic for the waist with a built-in drawstring that pops out at the front and has metallic tips. It pulls up and ties at the waist. It has legs that are slightly tapered at the bottom.
