Lilly Pulitzer ruffled sundress

Stay cool in this Lilly dress! It has a ruffle on the front and ties at back of neck. Stretchy material on top and a large elastic band at top of skirt at the waist. Interior white slip. Gorgeous blues and greens for the skirt which has a flare. Size Large but a small size Large. Maybe equals 6/8!
