Lilly Pulitzer navy blue swing dress size small

This navy blue Lilly swing dress features gold, silver, and white metallic trim. Dress size 00 is not true to size. About two sizes too large for a 00. It fits a small and will still have the loose swing dress fit similar to the last photo.
