Lilly Pulitzer halter scalloped mini dress tulips

This dress is in great condition. It has a cute little pink ribbon that goes around the dress. The chest of the dress is scalloped and crosses over. The dress ties around the neck. There is one small spot on the chest as shown in the pictures. The chest also has padding on the sides as shown in the pictures. I think this will make your chest look fuller. The print is called towering tulips.
