Lilly Pulitzer glow in the dark Coolwater neon fish & seashell print skirt sz 8

Early 2000s Lilly Pulitzer White Label miniskirt in the glow-in-the-dark Coolwater print. It features neon yellow, green and blue fish and seashells on a white background, and some of the shells glow in the dark! (See last photo.) The skirt has a back zipper closure, one back pocket, and is 100% cotton and machine washable. Very good vintage condition. Size 8. Approximate measurements lying flat: Waist: 14.5” Length: 18”
