Lilly Pulitzer blue and white dress sand dollar pattern

Lilly Pulitzer blue and white dress with sand dollar pattern! This dress is a size 8 but fits a 4-6. It has SLIGHT discoloration on some of the white threads but is barely noticeable and should be able to be spot treated or dry cleaned. Some of the under dress sticks out at the top but that should be fixed by getting it pressed.
