Classic navy blue sheath dress features subtle and classy sheer floral details on the rounded neckline. Sleeves are 3/4 length and also feature sheer floral embroidered details. Fabric is a substantial weight 100% cotton that is perfectly breathable. Zips up the back for easy changing. This dress originally had a waist belt, it was lost with dry cleaning.
