@sharyn1969 It is difficult to measure, there is elastic at the top of the bodice and waist for the perfect fit. The bust measures approximately, taken flat from seem to seem 20 inches. The waist measures approximately 12 inches unstretched with a max stretch of 18 inches taken flat. It is an awesome dress. Thank you
