EUC Lilly Pulitzer navy blue cotton dress, size XS. Has elbow-length sleeves with a ruffle detail. Only worn 1-2x. It does run short- I am only 5'4 and it falls about 2 inches above my knee, so probably best for petite girls.

@babybump95 that’s actually just from ironing the dark fabric - not a burn or stain, but I had just ironed it before the picture! 🙈 I didn’t realize it was showing up like a defect in the pic, sorry about that!
