-cotton - length: 18 inches -waist: 26 inches, buttons can be moved to take in or let out -it’s a size 14 (I’m guessing kids?!?) but I’m a size 4 adult and can wear it -I added buttons to make it 28 inches as well so I could wear it longer, however one of the buttons fell off (if you were to wear it on the patchwork side on the bigger size adjustment, you would have to safety pin it or see a new button on)
