How sad am I that this just never fit right..the colors are vibrant and bright! No flaws, rips or stains! It’s Luxletic with shorts under this dressy skirt/skort. Waist is 16”, hip across at 20”, bottom across is 22”, length at 17 1/2”, rise on the shorts is 9”. So cute!
