Lilly Pulitzer Lowe Dress size 2

Lilly Pulitzer pink and green peplum dress. Strapless. Green and white vertical stripes and Lilly print on the skirt bottom. Worn ~5 times. Some makeup marks on inside edge (see picture), but nothing that can be seen from the outside :)
