Lilly Pulitzer Lottie Strapless Dress State of Mind United States Women's Size 2 Patchwork print of United States, strapless fit and flare dress, boned bodice, sticky elastic band around the inside top, fully lined invisible zipper and hook closure in the back. Stain spots noted on the front bottom hem (see two close up pics) on "Tennessee" in the center bottom square and on "Montana" two squares over on the left side of the dress. I never wore this dress, so the stains must have been there when I bought the dress used. I didn't try to remove the stains either, just noticed them as I was taking pics.
