Lilly Pulitzer Lane Shift

I LOVE this dress. Beautiful Shorely Blue color with fun beading at the neck. Small snags as pictured, as well as a white stain on the bottom right hem line. Previous owner tacked the hemline up, I took it out. Please see pictures for condition, measurements and tag info.
