Good condition Lilly Pulitzer Houston Sleeveless top in Ring the Bellboy print. Size XS. This top is basically the sleeveless version of the Elsa. Sleeveless silk Blouse With Smocking Around Neckline And Center Front Placket With Buttons. I bought this top new with tags and never wore it. The tag is still attached. I did notice that the thread on the back is starting to unravel. It's not really noticeable but I did try to photograph it in the last photo. Reasonable offers considered.
