Lilly Pulitzer Nessa high waisted skirt size 6. Very cute and flirty, has a little elastic at back waist. Skirt is a whole skirt and has a flap that ties on the side, giving the illusion of a wrap skirt (without the wardrobe malfunctions!) Fabric is lightweight polyester in a bold multi color floral and citrus print. It’s a little short at 19.5” in the back and 17.5” in the front but ruffles help. Worn several times, taken care of. Looked over for damage but didn’t even see evidence of regular wear. Made well! 💕💕💕
