macy1196 @amynigro I filled out the customer support form separately from the case so I don’t have a link for you to comment on. Sorry this isn’t being resolved more quickly, as I’d like that also, but I’m at the mercy of how quickly Poshmark responds!

amynigro @macy1196 I also have opened a case. I’m sorry that they cannot refund a partial amount. That’s not the way they do things. Not my fault. I actually would just like the top returned at this point. $18-$20 loss isn’t worth it to me. Please just send it back so this can be over. Thank you.

macy1196 @amynigro I just tried to accept the order, and now it won’t let me. Not once in the case did I say that I wanted to return it, and I won’t be sending it back. I’m sure Poshmark will make sure you get your earnings once they get to our customer service requests.

amynigro @macy1196 I’m sure that bc the case has been resolved you can’t change what they have stated to do. I would just like the top back please. I can repair and resell. If you would like to repurchase once I have repaired it you are certainly welcome to.

macy1196 @amynigro I will not be sending the top back, I purchased it, paid for shipping, and have been charged. I’m taking it to my tailor within the hour. Poshmark may be slow with their service replies but they are very diligent and I’m sure will make sure you get paid. I have never said I intended to return the top (and I don’t), so it’s inappropriate for you OR Poshmark to demand I do so after I purchased a defected item at full price.
