Measurement from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 35.5 inches and pit to pit is 18 inches. The fabric consists of 100 % cotton. Fully lined. New with tags. In excellent condition.

Hi,
No it’s 100 % cotton, and lined. Not clingy fabric.
Lilly sizing is also a little bit on the large side for size 2-10.

It’s a shift style dress, so I think it’s not designed to be snug around hips and waist.
With that being said, it’s a true Lilly size 8. Hope this helps!
