Hi this was mass produced! It is the Shiloh dress! I remember seeing it at the warehouse sale but also in retail stores! :) I wish it was my size!

@palmtrees88 I did get it at the sample rack at the sale. My understanding was that it was not made. If you think it’s the Shiloh dress, you may be right. I don’t know. I never noticed it in the catalog nor have I ever seen it before. Very unique. If you have blue eyes (like my daughter), it sets them off!
