Lilly Pulitzer Dress

Blue and White striped strapless Lilly Pulitzer dress! It does have some gold weaving throughout the dress as well! There is some discoloration on the inside of the dress - I’ve only worn once to an outside wedding so I think it is a spray tan that rubbed off. I have had it dry cleaned and it didn’t come out.
