@wendicross hi! It's designed to be a loose fitting dress, but it is so loose on me that it's unflattering. I am usually a 4 or a 6 petite in dresses and wear a 34 C. This is from the Lilly Pulitzer website:
Easy fit, v-neck dress with long, full sleeves with ruffle detail and pintucks at front neckline.
36" from top of shoulder to hem (based on a size small/4).
Slightly loose from chest through bottom.
Fish Clip Chiffon (92% Silk, 8% Metallic).
