Brand new, in the box set of (3) Lilly Pulitzer Christmas Heart to Heart ornaments. Set comes with 2 balls and one heart ornament. All three have gold string. These ornaments are not glass. They are light so possibly made of plastic or some type of resin material. I believe the heart ornament pattern is called “Heart to Heart”. The balls are called Pink Grenadine / Herring Rumors.
