Brand new with tags Bungalow Blossom Lace with satin liner Hot pink Lilly Pulitzer Cecelia Dress which I had the bottom ruffle cropped off professionally and made into a top. Has never been worn. Dress was originally $198 with $60 in alteration fees. I am only interested in selling if I can make at least 1/3 the money back toward fall wear otherwise will just keep myself for next summer when I would most definitely where though I didn’t get a chance this summer.
