Lillie Rubin vintage 70s size 6 ivory shirt dress

Lillie Rubin vintage 70s size 6 ivory fully lined shirt dress with wide lapel, front hip patch pockets, top stitching, tie belt, cuffed bell sleeves, and back hidden zipper. The color is off-white (cream) in near perfect condition with 3 tiny holes on the right shoulder as the only flaw. please refer to the last photo or message me for additional information. This is a very easy fix. tag size 6, but easily would fit a size 8. It's a little loose on a 6 dress form.
