This is a 1980s vintage dress in excellent condition. Lillie Rubin designed dresses from 1946 until she died in 1991. Her items were really high end and made beautifully. This is true 1980s salsa dress. Ruffled Sleeves, Ruffled Asymmetrical almost mermaid style hem with a rose . It is form fitted and has black sequins.
