like new, worn only three times. bought in Japan. size two in Japan waist measures 12inch flat length is 16.5inch back side has a little bit of stretch. belt can be removed. skort no longer fits me due to my weight gain lol. for reference my measurements are 25in waist and 35.5in hips front looks like a skirt but it is a skort, backside shows the short. inside is lined.
