This top boasts a cute batik-style print in blue and soft white decorates this cute cropped-length shirred top. Bric a brac decorates the hem, shirring seam and sleeves, which end at elastic bands that contribute to the sleeves' balloon shape. Very lightweight cotton weave fabric that maintains its shape. EUC.
