This item is new with tags still attached. The fabric is a nice stretchy material perfect for summer. 47% cotton, 47% modal, 6% spandex. 37" chest, 49.25" length. I'm 5'8" and this dress hits a bit above my ankles. There is a side slit on the bottom of the dress, pictured.
