Li'l Woodzeez Acorn Treehouse *See Details***

This item is new but it arrived with damage. There is a crack on the second floor, it is missing the little person, and the door fell out of place on the back side of the third floor. Please see all the photos for details. The treehouse is 11.5 inches high. There are other toys inside the treehouse on the first floor, but I haven't removed it. I will remove and post pictures if there is a serious buyer.The light works in the front of the house, but batteries will not be included when this item is shipped. Priced low to sell, and I will not go any lower.
