Lil Black Dress

Lil Black Dress. Velour top. Bottom is Poly/spandex. Empire waist. I cut the straps to have them tie around my neck because they were very restricting attached to the back. However, there are loops on the back. I left them, but they can be cut off. The bust area has pads in it that have to be manipulated to lay flat. The dress is cute & hangs well.
