Asymmetric neck, one shoulder. Notched cap sleeve on the left. Slit up the right. Hidden zipper up the back. Wore once and dry cleaned, has a few stains (see pictures), I have not tried to get them out. Very cute and flattering dress! Form fitting but has a little stretch.
