Like new black Walter by Walter Baker dress. Can be worn with straps or can easily be unhooked and worn strapless. I am 5ft 1" and the dress hits just above my knees. Has a beautiful texture and white piping for detail that can be seen in the photos. Zips up in the back. Also has no-slip material to hold up dress (can be seen in photo)
