Like-New Maroon Dress with Tassels

Really fun dress! It has four tassels in pink, blue, teal and yellow/mustard. The neck has a frilly flair with a multicolor/rainbow tribal/Aztec pattern. It has a gentle v-neck cut. It’s sewn in tiers to the bottom. This is cute as just a dress on its own or could work great as a beach/swim coverup too! Materials: 100% Rayon
