Like new Tart skirt

Like new Tart skirt, size medium. 16 inches wide x 16 inches long. Seems like it would fit size 6 or 4, maybe even a little big on a 2. Not sure, please check measurements for your size equivalent. Sort of a dolphin blue/light turquoise color. Bright and very pretty. Side zip with hook closure. Lace detail skirt and lined. Shell is 60% cotton, 40% nylon. Lining is 100% cotton. As with most of the things I’m selling lately, purchased years ago and has been sitting in the closet. Believe I purchased at Neimans or Saks. Don’t think I actually wore this. It’s super cute but too small for me or I would keep. Can wear it casual with flips/sandals and a tee. Or you could dress up with heels and a top. Non-smoking, neat freak home.
