Like new Michael Kors fringed sweater dress-XS

Like new, never worn Michael Kors black short sweater dress with a perfectly sexy and demure turtleneck with long sleeves that have 3 tiers of beautiful medium length fringe detail along the arm. The gold plaque engraved with the designers name is tiny and along the top of the back, right under the roll of the turtle neck. The perfect blend of sexy chic and demure class in one LBD. size xs. I LOVE IT but I'm a small or medium and it is just too tight and short sk I've tried it on but it's not been worn out of my closet!!!
