Like new MSGM Bird Print Flare Summer Dress

This is an amazing summer dress by MSGM! It's orange with gray and black birds on it. Has an attached belt that you to around the waist and it has pockets! Lined on top. 💯 cotton. It's an Italian size 42, which is usually a US 4. Measurements flat: Armpit to armpit 16.5 in. Waist 14 in Length 32.5 in. For reference, I'm 5'4" and the dress hits me as shown in pic.
