Like new! Elegant black romper

Beautiful sheer black jumper, fully lined with tassel belt! Belt is long enough to wrap around one and a half times. Gold chain hardware with "suede" braided in belt, same material as the tassel. Body is fitted at waist, bottom half is relaxed. 11" zipper down the middle of the back. This would be perfect for a wedding, or any cocktail party. Beautiful near-open back is low, but not enough to show a bra band.
