@emilymckenzie76 I think they’re true to size. The, straps are not adjustable, but the leather is nice and stretchy. I’ve been a size 7 my whole life and weirdly have been inching up in the last couple years. Since these don’t come in half sizes I thought the 7 would work but alas, I’m a 7.5 now. I think if you’re a solid 7 they will be perfect. They’re SO comfortable.
