Like New Cordelia black ruffle 3/4 sleeve jacket. The collar, sleeves & opening all have ruffles. Tie closure that is hidden in back, but will pull to show shape. This could easily be worn as a top, but you might want to sew in a few hook & eyes, as there is only a belted tie closure at waist. The ruffles do cover a lot though & are loads of fun. Could also fit a small.
