Like New Condition! Bright White!

The title and pics says it all, you would think. Though it says size 6, the waist measures is almost 16" across, the rise is 9", and the inseam is 29" not 30" as indicated on the label. I became suspicious because my mom never wore a size 6! These are a size U.S. 9/10.
