Used Maybe 2-3 times. My daughter just cannot get the hang of it. Has three different styles of barrels, automatic rotating handle and multiple heat settings. Works perfect. Bag has 2 spits where there were tags when it came to us, and when they were removed, make the zipper hang up if not zipped away from the snag, but everything else is perfectly fine.
