Lightweight denim that can be a skirt *or* a dress! Size L

This is a fantastic item! It's a soft light denim with embroidered detail and gentle ruffles. It can be worn as a long maxi skirt, but the wide elastic waistband can also function as a tube top if you pull it up and wear it as a dress. The bow at the waist can then be tied around your neck for a halter look. This makes it extremely versatile: it's a nice skirt for fall and spring with boots, a fantastic summer beach or picnic dress with sandals, and can even be a convenient bathing suit cover up. It has only been worn a couple times.
