vickiegayleh @bimmy123 Hello and thank you for your interest in this adorable sweater. The bust measured pit to pit is 21” and has stretch because is a sweater. This sweater has some “pilling” but is such a beautiful periwinkle blue color.

vickiegayleh @bimmy123 It should, the pilling is very light and not big pills. In fact I did not notice it until I put my glasses on to measure 🥸
