Does this run small? 17” seems tight for a large.

@1derful1 Hi, I included measurements in the description. It is a soft, comfortably stretchy material and don’t think it’s meant to fit like a true hoodie. It fit me perfect and I was a 36DD and size 10/12, usually wearing larges.
