Lightweight Quilted jacket No Collar

There are no tags on this.Fabric and make unknown, it buttons up using fabric hoops. The buttons appear to be this metal. The leaves on the coat could be a special kind of leaf, Would not be surprised if this was handmade. There are really small dots that are on in that are part of the fabric. Also. the trim appears to be stained but i am sure it is part of fabric. My wife wore 3-4X soi am guessing that is the size.
