Can be removed if desired and then you will have tiny little embroidery eyelet holes. Very comfortable. . Small = 19” armpit to armpit and 35.5” long Large = 21” armpit to armpit and 36” long . My recommendation is the large is perfect women’s 6-8 Small for a 4 Mini dress tunic long sleeve
