Light weight blue & white surprise top with criss cross straps

Cute light weight (100% cotton) blue and white top with cross cross straps in the front and 3/4 length sleeves which can be worn down or cuffed. This top has a button at the bottom of the sleeves and another higher up along with the hidden strap (inside the shirt) to cuff and roll up. There is an elastic waist band at the bottom of the top.
